BioChem Solutions Inc., a Florida-based corporation, was organized in 1992 to develop and market treatment technologies for viral, fungal, bacterial and protozoal diseases and health conditions, particularly HIV/AIDS and rheumatoid arthritis. In 2007 BioChem Solutions entered in to a sub-license agreement with Molecular Technologies Ltd., of Nairobi, Kenya under which Molecular Technologies Ltd. has obtained government approval to perform Phase 3 clinical trials of BioChem Solutions products.
